Having watched Matt Ryan since he became a falcon I have a pretty good idea of what he can and cannot do.
what he can do is move the ball up and down the field, win against so-so teams, and be elite running the no huddle offense.
what he can't do is win games consistently against strong teams, win playoff games, he panic once he gets hit a couple of times and he can't take over a game like a Drew Brees.
following some preseason games there are some new positives: improved offensive line, and new break out star from the running back from florida.
on the downside: no tony gonzalez to bail matt ryan out when under heavy defensive pressure, steven jackson a bust, and no imaginations on play calling. this teams still can't run a screen play.
saying all that i predict atlanta will have a 8-8 record, our head coach will be replaced and maybe more in management positions. then within two years matt ryan will play back up qb in cleveland.
