Matt has played in ten playoff games in his career as Atlanta QB. This year when everyone expected Atlanta to play in the Superbowl this year, he failed to make the playoffs.
Atlanta is paying Matty Ice $30 million dollars annually. For all that fortune we are giving him, along with the top rate receivers and running back as his support staff, his playoff record is pitiful. He is constantly ranked at the bottom for all QB in the league based on his playoff success.
In the Superbowl he made history by losing it by the biggest margin ever. During the second half of that Superbowl, the falcons offense had the ball on six possessions. Matt produced one touchdown, four punts and Matt fumbled the ball. New England generated twenty more first downs that Matt was able to do in that game. Clearly Matt lost the game for us with that terrible performance.
In ten playoff games, he has threw seven interceptions and fumbled it six times. I guess he forgot to protect the football. So his career playoff record is four wins and six losses.
Do he have what it takes to win a Superbowl, clearly he does not.
